Pathways to Education Pre-Registration Form

Pathways to Education Hamilton is a program that supports high school students in north and central Hamilton to graduate from high school and achieve success in post-secondary education.

All students registered in the program gain access to 4 core-supports:

1. After-school tutoring
2. Enriching workshops and recreational activities
3. One-on-one success Coaching
4. Financial support - A scholarship and access to emergency support if needed

By filling out this Pre-Registration Form, you are requesting that a Pathways to Education Hamilton staff member contact you about registering your child in the program.

You can expect to be contacted by someone within 3 business days of filling in this form.
