Roberto Henriquez practices labour law, employment law, and human rights law in the Greater Toronto and Hamilton area. Since being called to the Bar, Roberto has worked at one of Canada’s largest pension funds, at a large private sector union, an administrative tribunal, and in local Hamilton government. Today, and since 2019, Roberto proudly practices law in Hamilton’s North End at McMahon Molyneaux Henriquez,

A McMaster-graduate twice-over, Roberto holds an Honours degree in Genetics and a Bachelor of Arts degree in political science as well as a law degree from Osgoode Hall Law School. Roberto’s experience, including his time at McMaster University as well as growing up in a family of health care professionals has inspired him to become an advocate in the health care field. Roberto believes that improved health outcomes are made possible through a holistic assessment of health which includes a focus on the social determinants of health.

In his spare time, you can find Roberto hiking around the escarpment, or playing basketball in the North End.
