Debbie Logel Butler

Vice Chair

Debbie Logel Butler has spent a majority of her career in the healthcare sector. As a Fundraising and Communications professional Debbie knows the importance of volunteering in the community in which you live and work.

Debbie is a graduate of McMaster University and Mohawk College. She has a B.A. in Sociology, a Public Relations Certificate from Ryerson University and was honoured in 2012 as an Alumni of Distinction by Mohawk College. As a professional fundraiser, Debbie has been instrumental in leading many fundraising campaigns including St. Joseph’s Community Health Centre, St. Joseph’s Hospital, St. Joseph’s Villa, Mohawk College, St. Peter’s Hospital, Ronald McDonald House and the YWCA. She is currently the Executive Director of the Cancer Assistance Program.

Accessible healthcare for all is a primary interest of Debbie's and in 2016 she joined North Hamilton Community Health Centre as a member of the Board of Directors.

Debbie and her husband Dave are the proud parents of two children, Lindsay and Lukas and live in Dundas.
